Set of prefabricated and flexible dental arches with adjustable teeth, dental arches kit, denture construction

NOVELTY – The dental arches which has an upper arch (1) formed by upper anterior and upper posterior artificial teeth is mounted in an orderly fashion on an upper flexible support base (4). A lower arch (5) formed by lower anterior and lower posterior artificial teeth is mounted in an orderly fashion on a lower flexible support base (8). USE – Prefabricated and flexible dental arches set with adjustable teeth for confection of removable complete and partial dentures prosthodontics. ADVANTAGE – The dental arches reduces the production cost and avoids physical inconvenience for the patient. The base material allows adjustment of each tooth individually through changes of position, inclination or alignment in a simple manner. The dental arches allow the correction of aesthetic problems that may arise during the arrangement of teeth or wax trial denture. The base material avoids wear and tear and guarantees a good support. The denture construction can be made within a short time.
