Method and extreme-sEnicos measurer for tensions of manufacture in railway wheels

NOVELTY – The system has an equipment, control and automation program and assembly mechanics. The equipment has a computer, plate of acquisition of 20 mega hertz, plate of acquisition of signals, conditioning and measuring of temperature and force, receiver, transduction set, force control system, temperature control system and system for setting wheels. USE – Measurement system for measurement of manufacture tension in railroad wheels. ADVANTAGE – The system has an equipment, which is capable to determine mechanical tensions in new railroad wheels without damaging, and hence ensures easy use and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION – An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an ultrasonic method for a system to measure manufacture tension in railroad wheels.
