NOVELTY – The method involves deacidifying strong base anionic resin of a horn ionic exchanger. Fatty acid material dissolved in a solvent is removed, where the fatty acid material is selected from a group comprising short-chain alcohols, hydrocarbons, or polar solvents, and mixtures of solvents. Acidification is carried out by contact between the organic solution and a resin bed strong anion. Neutral fatty material is deacidified. The solvent is recovered. Water is removed during the ion exchange. Anion of a strong base is regenerated. Corn-rich stream free fatty acids are obtained. USE – Vegetable oils deacidifying method for preparing foodstuffs and biodiesel. ADVANTAGE – The method enables effectively deacidifying fatty acids dissolved in an alcoholic medium so as to easily associate the ion exchange resin with the stream of neutral oil, removing undesirable substances by chemical refining, and converting the substances into soaps such that the soaps are insoluble in the oil or fat, thus providing convenience to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION – The fatty material is selected from a group comprising slurry oil, vegetable or animal tissue rich in fatty compounds, fats crude or pretreated fractions oils. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a vegetable oils deacidification system. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) – The drawing shows a schematic view illustrating a vegetable oils deacidifying method.
