A steering system comprises disks (11), a steering wheel (12), a support, a piston and a piston actuator. A telescopic system comprises another piston (6), a support wheel (8), a hydraulic rotary base (7) and telescopic rods. An upper end of the telescopic rods is mounted on a fixed base.
