NOVELTY – Preparing fecal copro-parasitological sample involves performing parasitic enrichment of lightweight structures and heavy weight structures separately with elimination of fecal impurities by using two processing tubes and again performing parasitic enrichment of lightweight structures and heavy weight structures by using single processing tube. USE – Method for preparing fecal copro-parasitological sample by using a purifier composition (all claimed) for use in diagnosis of human and animal enteric parasites. ADVANTAGE – The fecal copro-parasitological sample preparing method is compatible with conventional parasitological techniques and/or marketed diagnostic kits, and ensures improved diagnostic efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION – Preparing fecal copro-parasitological sample involves performing parasitic enrichment of lightweight structures and heavy weight structures separately with elimination of fecal impurities by using two processing tubes and again performing parasitic enrichment of lightweight structures and heavy weight structures by using single processing tube. The parasitic enrichment using two processing tubes includes: spontaneous fluctuation of lightweight structures for the selective detection of cysts, oocysts and spores of protozoa and small and medium eggs of specific density and larvae (early form of eggs) of intestinal worm of smallest size in a first tube containing fecal sample; spontaneous sedimentation of heavy structures including specific eggs of high density and larvae (early form of eggs) of intestinal worms of large size for selective detection and spontaneous fluctuation of impurities for later elimination from second tube containing fecal sample; and elimination of impurities from second tube by adding a purifier composition. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) – The drawing shows microscopic image depicting quality of sample smear of fecal copro-parasitological sample.
