NOVELTY – The removable device comprises a removable top cover with multiport valves and routing multiport for percolating liquids, in which the applied vacuum is independently controlled and synchronized. An insertion inlet (37) is provided for cartridges or extraction disks. A coupling outlet (35) is provided for a vacuum pump, where another coupling outlet (19) is provided for a peristaltic pump. USE – Removable device for use in a manifold type solid phase extraction system. ADVANTAGE – The insertion inlet is provided for cartridges or extraction disks, and a coupling outlet is provided for a vacuum pump, where another coupling outlet is provided for a peristaltic pump, and thus enables simultaneous and efficient control of multiple extraction cartridges and disks, and also prevents contamination of the extraction cartridges and disks during the solid phase extraction process.
