NOVELTY – The method involves providing an electrode pattern on a substrate. The electrode pattern is cut using a focused ion beam. Carbon nano-tubes are arranged in region of the electrode pattern during dielectrophoresis process. An oven is maintained at high vacuum temperature. Titanium nanoparticles are provided in the carbon nano-tubes. An oxidized silicon wafer with thickness of 1mm is provided on the substrate. The substrate is made of glass, quartz, alumina, glassy carbon, germanium and gallium arsenide. USE – Method for detecting oxygen gas using an oxygen sensor in a food industry and a laboratory. ADVANTAGE – The method enables effectively and completely detecting electrical and thermal behavior of mixture of nitrogen in the nano-tubes at pressures of 2-100 mTorr, requiring reduced energy of 1 to 10 Watt and realizing convenient and easy installation of the oxygen sensor.
