NOVELTY – The retainer has a flat base (1) and a tube that is longitudinally sectioned, partially closed and secured to the base by using two hinges that are operated to open openings for allowing rat to enter into the openings. Sliders (6) are provided at sides of the retainer and slid to permit the rats to pass through a set of slits. Pins (8) are inserted through another set of slits (9). USE – Rat retainer. ADVANTAGE – The tube is longitudinally sectioned, partially closed and secured to the base by using two hinges so as to allow the rats to pass into the openings without stress.
