Method for literal document mapping for databases structures using ontologies

NOVELTY – The method involves identifying patterns and construction of ontology with definition of computational database (BD) table attribute-value (TAV). Digital information is contained in textual documents for mapping the database. A framework for knowledge representation is constructed with help of experts. Unique sentences of the documents are identified and repeated phrases are eliminated to form unique set phrases (CFU). Quantity and ambiguity of terms contained in the CFU is determined and reduced to assist the mapping of the identified patterns. USE – Text document mapping method for structured databases in medical field using structured ontologies. ADVANTAGE – The method enables mapping the textual document in the natural language for the database using the structured ontologies in an automated manner, thus eliminating the time taken to perform the task of reading the documents and transcribing the information manually. The method enables reducing the time spent for the mapping the data, and eliminating need for the interpretation of the information.
