Process of production of light and dismountable Tree of winches by means of metallurgy of [pa]

NOVELTY – The method involves preparing handles and separating crankshafts by using powder metallurgy process. The handles are forged and various components of the handles are mounted on an assembly by interference. Various components are placed and correctly aligned by assembly step and cylindrical bar guide holes. The crankshaft is entirely produced by using composite material. USE – Method for producing lightweight collapsible crankshaft in combustion engines. ADVANTAGE – The crankshaft produced by the method is low in cost, and reduces inertia and friction loss, increases performance of an engine and avoids complexity in design. The method enables using roller bearings that are cheaper. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) – The drawing shows an exploded perspective view of a crankshaft.
