Method for biotechnological production of ethyl hexanoate using synthetic medium and agroindustrial wastes
NOVELTY – Producing ethyl hexanoate involves mixing synthetic medium malt extract with soybean oil, and agro-industrial waste as substrate e.g. cassava residue for the production of the ester by using Neurospora sitophila FGSC 1135 strain. USE – Method for producing ethyl hexanoate used for obtaining natural aroma containing products, food products and scents (all claimed).
