NOVELTY – The device has a spectrophotometer connected with a cabinet. The spectrophotometer is provided with a silicon filter, collimating and focusing lenses, a transmittance sample, shutter reference cells, an entry slit, two spherical mirrors and a near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy detector. The spectrophotometer is radiated from a radiation source i.e. electrical source. An optical filter is made of silicon. The optical filter is fixed to a light beam for radiating radiation to a specimen. A device main body is provided with the collimating and focusing lenses. USE – NIR spectroscopy based analyzer device. ADVANTAGE – The device performs operation in minimum speed and increases capacity with multi-parameters in real time for obtaining product as petrol, diesel oil and kerosene for aviation so as to control assisting operation during production processes in a better manner.
