NOVELTY – Functionalized ferromagnetic nanoparticles comprise a layer containing carrier, donors, thermal and photochemical groups, and nitric oxide is adsorbed on its surface. USE – Functionalized ferromagnetic nanoparticles used for preparing pharmaceutical composition for treating hyperthermia and infections caused by microbes, repairing acute and chronic and lesions of tissue, inhibiting restenosis of cardiovascular system (all claimed). ADVANTAGE – The functionalized ferromagnetic nanoparticles release on organ or tissue, exhibit unchlorinated colloidal stability under physiological conditions, high magnetization and biocompatibility and unchlorinated superparamagnetic state at environmental temperature, and are suitable for loading drug. DETAILED DESCRIPTION – An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for processing functionalized ferromagnetic nanoparticles, which involves: (A) dissolving ferromagnetic nanoparticles in toluene in ratio of 10:1; (B) adding mercaptosuccinic acid in mixture and adding molecule which contains thiols groups (SH) in mol ratio of 1:10 or 1:14; and (C) dissolving product in dimethyl sulfoxide and stirring for 14 hours, and then separating magnetic nanoparticles by centrifugation and coating S-Nitrosothiol on products surface to obtain final product.
