NOVELTY – The method involves selecting type of dimensions of a metal alloy and a sparkling agent. A solidification range of the metal alloy is analyzed. Dissociation temperature of the sparkling agent is analyzed. Foaming temperature is selected. An agent controller is added. A mixture of metal alloy and sparkling agent is obtained with high energy. The mixture is compressed in a lubricated mold. The compressed mixture is heated, and the obtained product is cooled. USE – Method for producing metal foams or porous metal. ADVANTAGE – The method enables reducing weight of metal foams or porous metal, and improving thermal insulation effect and improving energy capacity.
