NOVELTY – The method involves preparing two samples of seeds that are sprouted in distilled water in a substrate and transferring the samples from a chamber for dark measurement of photons to produce simultaneous photon counting data. Difference between emissions of control samples is checked under chemical stress by calculating ratio of count values of the two samples. Degree of deviation of a resulting curve is calculated in relation to line parallel to time axis. The samples are inserted within a germination chamber at 20 degree C for a period of 72 hours. USE – Method for analyzing effect of seed germination by ultra-weak light emission. ADVANTAGE – The method enables analyzing effect of seed germination with high operational simplicity and efficiency and saving time and human resources. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) – The drawing shows a graph illustrating emission profiles of photons.'(Drawing includes non-English language text)’
