NOVELTY – The device has mesh format fixing saddle fittings (1) arranged at an upper face and a ring in a groove. The saddle fittings are formed of a biocompatible material (2) selected from bi-ative or bioinert materials or titanium alloy. Mesh holes are formed in a side region. A quantity variable orifice is formed according to extent of the mesh holes that are provided with rounded corners. Mesh surface treatment such as plasma treatment or spray coating, is carried out for biomaterials. An upper region is formed with a recess. USE – Biocompatible intra-oral device for fitting a dental implant at an atrophic bone region of a patient (all claimed).
