Parameter quantification method used in petroleum industry, involves placing liquid samples in special cells or preparing pastilles for solid samples, and irradiating special cells or pastilles with fluorescent X-rays

NOVELTY – The method involves placing liquid samples in special cells which are irradiated with fluorescent X-rays for parameter quantification. Pastilles are prepared when solid samples are provided, such that the prepared pastilles are radiated directly with fluorescent X-rays for parameter quantification. USE – For measuring scattered X-rays and chemometry used in petroleum industry. ADVANTAGE – Ensures simple and rapid parameter quantification without having to perform pre-treatment, without increase in operation cost, and without generating residues.

H01 (Obtaining crude oil and natural gas – including exploration, drilling, well completion, production and treatment. General off-shore platform and drilling technology is included together with the treatment of tar sands and oil shales (C10G, E21B).); S03 (Scientific Instrumentation)
