O presente invento trata-se de um método para formular ou preparar um meio ou substrato sólido utilizando resíduos agroindustriais. Adicionalmente, o presente invento descreve o método de obtenção simultânea de pelo menos duas enzimas de interesse industrial, na forma de composição enzimática, a partir de resíduos agroindustriais, dita composição enzimática compreendendo proteases e α-amilases.
