NOVELTY – The method involves preparing a copper surface, which is filled with a metallic copper during chemical oxidation and thermal treatment. The metallic copper is sanded and polished with a paste of alumina in a mirror surface. The metallic copper is maintained in an ultrasound bath with ultrapure water for 160 minutes for removing residue of alumina. Determination is made whether thickness of a folder is 0.5-0.3 mm. The copper is buried in a solution of sodium hydroxide and ammonium persulphate in molar ratio from 1-20: 1 from 1-30 minutes. USE – Method for obtaining electrodes, which detects biomolecules e.g. carbohydrates and amino acids, in an ion chromatography. ADVANTAGE – The method enables processing a gold in a convenient and cost-effective manner and facilitating an operator to adjust small number of parameters through steam with high purity.
