NOVELTY – The method involves trickling thrombin and calcium chloride throughout the length of suture. A stem cell is dripped. The fibrinogen is dripped. The sufficient culture medium is coated on the suture. A serum is added to culture medium. The culture medium is maintained in carbondioxide incubator for cell culture. The serum is selected from the group of inactivated fetal calf serum, fetal bovine serum, sterile horse serum, and calf and human serum. USE – Method for obtaining enriched suture. ADVANTAGE – The method involves trickling thrombin and calcium chloride throughout the length of suture, and hence obtains enriched suture in an easy and efficient manner.
