NOVELTY – The extractor of sludge from water treatment plant settlers comprises a set of triangular channels (1) in a metal plate (2), with sludge suction holes (3) uniformly spaced along the channels (1). Triangular settling zones (4) for the sludge are located near the holes (3). Each channel (1) has at its apex (6) a terminal link channel with a compressor generating compressed extraction air. USE – Extractor of sludge from water treatment plant settlers.

D15 (Chemical or biological treatment of water, industrial waste and sewage – including purification, sterilising or testing water, scale prevention, treatment of sewage sludge, regeneration of active carbon which has been used for water treatment and impregnating water with gas e.g. CO2, but excluding plant and anti-pollution devices (C02).)
