Set of S-nitrosothiols in aqueous gels for medicines consists of nitric acid donors in e.g. pluronic F-127 based gels
NOVELTY – S-nitrosothiols in aqueous gels for medicines comprises donors of nitric acid in thermal-reversible gels of copolymer polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide-polyethylene oxide, with Pluronic F-127 or Poloxamer 407 (RTM: polyethylene oxides). Also claimed is a process for preparation of medicines. Preferably the process incorporates the S-nitrosothiols in the matrices of aqueous gels of Pluronic F-127 or Poloxamer 407 (RTM: polyethylene oxides). USE – In polymer chemistry.
