NOVELTY – The tracking or monitoring system is based on a data transmission technology, where the data between a target object and a central monitoring unit is transmitted to monitor the displacement behavior of a vehicle. A filter is configured for avoiding unnecessary transmission of data between a mobile unit and a central monitoring unit, such that a traced path is accurately represented. The system transmits the updated state of a vehicle to the central monitoring unit at a fixed rate with low frequency when the vehicle is stopped. The mobile unit is a Global positioning system (GPS). USE – Tracking or monitoring system. ADVANTAGE – The filter is configured for avoiding unnecessary transmission of data between a mobile unit and a central monitoring unit, such that a traced path is accurately represented, and hence ensures improving the driver convenience, as well as ensures increasing the safety of the vehicle.
