NOVELTY – Obtaining product rich in pure type I collagen fiber involves subjecting pretreatment by freezing, mechanical treatment, washing and filtration, and subjecting decellularization by treating with surface-active anion solution, filtering, cleaning, treating with enzyme and non-ionic surfactant, cleaning, filtering, and treating with amylase solution, and subjecting extraction, treating with enzyme and acid and filtering, and then recovering fiber by performing precipitation, dialysis and gel formation. USE – Method for obtaining product rich in pure type I collagen fiber, and for obtaining gel used in skin lesions therapies, such as burns, and for obtaining combination of type I collagen and pure CO and/or HA that is used as bone implant, and for obtaining microcrystal of pure type I collagen type I used in embolization, and for obtaining film or sponge of pure collagen type I that is employed as platelet aggregation agent in clinical application (all claimed).
