NOVELTY – The method involves drying material sheets. The material sheets are immersed in colloidal solution i.e. nanosilica solution. Wood plates are dried. The wood plates are immersed in the colloidal solution, where production process is carried out in an oven with hot vented air at high temperature. The hot vented air is subjected at higher temperature about 100 degree C. Nanosilica particles amount is specified between 9-13% of initial mass of material. USE – Method for obtaining material sheets. ADVANTAGE – The method enables obtaining the material sheets with high strength and hardness at reduced cost.
